There are definitely differences in the way racism is viewed and spoken about by the different majority and minority racial communities. While whites view racism in various ways like either consider it to be diminished in intensity than was in the past or a privilege that minorities take advantage of putting them in underprivileged realities. Blacks on the other hand view it as the dominant attitude towards them because of which they often do not get equal access to privileges and opportunities, apart from what they rightfully deserve.
